Insurance Information

At St. Paul Oral Surgery, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.

Depending on your surgery, and your specific insurance plan, your surgery may be covered by both medical and dental, covered by only medical, covered only by dental, or not covered at all.

We strongly suggest that you call your insurance company prior to your surgery to verfiy coverage and get details about your policy.

We ask that you bring both your medical and dental insurance information with you.

As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you, provided that you have supplied us with complete and accurate information. We will assist you in coordinating your insurance benefits. If you have more than one insurance, we will first file a claim with the primary insurance. Once consideration has been made, we will then file any additional claims with yoursecondary insurance. To ensure prompt payment, we encourage you to check the status of your claim with your insurance company.

Please remember that insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company.Wecannot accept responsibility for the negotiation of insurance claims. You are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.
